• The accountability coaching sessions for "GenExcellence Coaching" will be conducted via zoom calls.

• You and I will meet (at a mutually coordinated day and time) Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

• These will be short, high-impact coaching calls, providing you with consistent guidance, motivation, and feedback.

• The calls will be conducted in 15-minutes, just enough time to share what worked, address any challenges faced, and to offer suggestions to stay on track so you achieve your goals. 

• I will also provide a 1 hour daily (M-F) Power Hour Session where you and others are invited to a Zoom call where we all work on our goals for that hour. That's 5 hours a week in addition to the 15-minute live coaching calls we have. This Power Hour has been highly rated and accountable for "Getting Things Done". This is not mandatory, but highly recommended.

• This multi-touch, structured approach guarantees that you'll make significant progress towards your objectives, boosting your productivity and creating meaningful results.

• Summarized: We will meet 3 days each week on Zoom for 15 minutes, and then 1 hour 5 days a week for a (silent) Power Hour.
